      iSCSI Target Periodic Rescan for vSphere

This script periodically rescan all storage adapters 
until all iSCSI targets are connected after an ESX reboot.  

This is to workaround the fact that ESX currently does not 
rescan for iSCSI targets automatically after the system boots.  

Any targets not discovered during boot will not be scanned 
for until manual intervention from the user.  

This script is most useful in VSA environment where the 
iSCSI target ESX is accessing, is a VM (VSA) that is not yet 
booted at the time the iSCSI scan is initially performed 
during boot.
